Kickoff to Rebuild 2012 - Indianapolis

Kickoff to Rebuild is an annual NFL sanctioned event hosted by Rebuilding Together. For 17 years, Rebuilding Together has partnered with the NFL to bring our mission of preserving home ownership and revitalizing low‐income communities to Super Bowl cities.
On the morning of February 3, 2012, we will mobilize hundreds of volunteers, past and present NFL members and players, Indianapolis community leaders, well‐known national celebrities, and local and national sponsors to complete renovations begun in November on ten homes in the Super Bowl Legacy Neighborhood of Near Eastside.
Rebuilding Together and Lowe’s will partner with Carter’s Kids to complete a new playground at the State Avenue Park on November 4 as part of the Kickoff to Rebuild Pre‐Game. Carter’s Kids was founded by Carter Oosterhouse of HGTV’s Carter Can and Red Hot & Green, to increase the activity level of kids by building and developing community parks and neighborhood playgrounds.
