Conference Call Trainings

Educational Webinars

Each month, dedicated teleconference trainings are conducted for members of the network.  These calls are designed to motivate the local affiliates, to enhance current operations, improve the systems, processes and ability of the leaders engaged in their organization.  In addition to the webinars, tools, templates and checklists are developed to support each program.  These resources are designed to be put to work immediately following the sessions.
Conveniently low-tech, you can call in to the meeting regardless of whether you are on a worksite or at your desk and still participate in the training.
2010 will feature 2 on-going educational webinar series:

As the leading expert in home rehabilitation and repair, project management is the key to success for the local Rebuilding Together Affiliates.  The Project Excellence Program was designed to ensure consistency and quality in project design and execution across the network.  Join Amy Radachi, from Rebuilding Together Dayton for a series of webinars.  Each month there will be a PowerPoint Presentation along with sample templates, forms and other information to complement the webinar.  All of Amy’s webinars focus on achieving the Standards of Excellence.

Each month we will have a webinar focusing on topics that address the needs of our Rebuilding Together Affiliates.  These trainings are moderated by Brian Parks, Rebuilding Together’s Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator.  Brian makes sure to provide a highly educational PowerPoint Presentation along with a panel of Rebuilding Together Affiliate leaders.  All of Brian’s webinars have a focus on the Standards of Excellence.
