The Organizational Development Institute
The Organizational Development Institute was created to increase the training and technical services offered by the National Office to Rebuilding Together Affiliates. The Institute provides training and capacity building assistance that will increases an affiliate’s ability to grow in a systematic manner, increasing their ability to make a sustainable impact in vulnerable neighborhoods.
The Organizational Development Institute will provide high quality educational programming to the affiliate network. The Institute is dedicated to assisting staff members, volunteer employees and board members in all facets of organizational governance and management to continuously improve the quality and sustainability of their organizations. Rebuilding Together’s goal is to improve service delivery, increase visibility, and enhance operational effectiveness through training opportunities on an ongoing basis.
