If you care where you get to, but are looking for a better, proven way to clearly define it, along with the best way to go, join your fellow Affiliate Board and Staff members at this workshop. Through lively sharing of ideas and exercises using the tools and processes presented, you’ll learn to:
- Define success in terms specific to you and your Affiliate organization;
- Develop an executable plan with specific, measurable long and short-term goals for desired results;
- Include appropriate target dates so you don’t have to “walk long enough;”
- Prevent lack of clarity in either content or format from dooming your plan and failing to achieve desired results in your desired time frame;
- Develop the tools and process to continuously track your progress; and
- Reap the benefits of much stronger teamwork and collaboration among Board and Staff that result from a well-designed and implemented planning process.

Bill Granda is Southwest US Regional Director for Paradigm Associates LLC, a firm in the top 10% of consulting firms in the U.S. Bill coaches leadership, boards, management, sales, and/or employee teams to improve their ability to get results. He helps leaders clarify organizational strategy and operationalize it to improve performance or capitalize on opportunities. Bill has also contributed to strategic thinking, executive leadership, and time management program materials. And he pioneered in developing and facilitating a broad-based municipal strategic planning process involving over 500 citizens and government officials. Bill also frequently speaks a national, regional, as well as local conferences and business events and has appeared on TV and radio on topics important to business and non-profit executives. Bill earned his MBA from Rutgers and a BA in Psychology from Albright College.
