Rebuilding Day in April, our affiliates are increasingly working year round in many parts of the country, delivering emergency series, home modifications and green building to conserve energy and consumption.
The primary goal of the national office is to support the affiliate network though advocacy, brand visibility, financial support, technical assistance, and training. Sustainability and growth of our affiliates must be one of our highest priorities as a national organization.
The Affiliate Relations Department was created to execute a strategic growth and development plan for the affiliate network. The goal is meet affiliates where they are in the lifecycle of their organization and assist them in producing high quality services to meet the needs of low-income homeowners in their local communities.
The cornerstone of the Affiliate Relations Department is the Organizational Development Institute (ODI). The ODI will provide high quality educational programming to the affiliate network in all facets of organizational governance, management and program services to enhance their operations.
